1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements:

1. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions.
2. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company.
3. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of [Your Country].

2. Partner RTOs

Skills Training Centre partners with Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) to deliver our short course training programs. These RTOs are independently responsible for delivering training and assessing competencies. The RTOs are also responsible for issuing certifications upon successful course completion.

3. Course Enrolments

1. Enrolments are subject to availability.
2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses.
3. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, enrolled clients will be given the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

1. Full payment is required at the time of enrolment.
2. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

1. A full refund is available if the course is cancelled by us.
2. A full refund will be provided if you cancel your enrolment more than 7 days before the course start date.
3. No refunds will be provided if you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Skills Training Centre and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Skills Training Centre. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from the Skills Training Centre for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

1. Republish material from Skills Training Centre
2. Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Skills Training Centre
3. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Skills Training Centre
4. Redistribute content from Skills Training Centre

7. User Content

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. Skills Training Centre does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Skills Training Centre, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Skills Training Centre shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 28 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
