Absolutely, all course fees cover the cost of assessment.
Yes, you can reschedule. We aim to accommodate everyone, but remember, rescheduling could mean taking a spot someone else might have filled! Reschedules are free if requested well in advance of your date(s). Otherwise, a nominal fee applies. Special circumstances? Let us know—we’re here to consider your situation. You can change bookings, with early requests free of charge and later ones subject to a small fee, to maintain fairness for all customers. Let us know if there are special reasons for your request. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes. We provide the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your course. For the final assessment, some courses might require you to bring basic PPE items, like High Visibility Vests, which are easily obtainable.
